Q: How can I book a cleaning?
You can book online 24/7 through our website, call, text, or email. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours.

Q: Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Not at all! As long as we have access (we can clean while you're away). Please let us know how to enter (e.g., key code, lock box, etc.).

Q: Do you bring your cleaning supplies?
Yes! We bring all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you’d like us to use your products, just let us know in advance.

Q: Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully licensed, insured and bonded, providing you with peace of mind and protection.

Q: How do I pay for services?
We accept payments through our booking site, cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due upon completion of cleaning.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, to ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, we have a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total cleaning required after your quote is approved. This is credited towards your final balance.

Q: Can I reschedule?
Yes! If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied toward a future service or refunded.

Q: Do you move furniture?
For the safety of our team and to prevent damage to your property, we do not move heavy or large furniture items such as beds, sofas, dressers, or appliances.

Q: What if I’m not satisfied/refund policy?
We do not offer a full/partial refund for completed services. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return and reclean the missed area(s) at no additional charge.

Q: What about my pets?
We love pets! For our safety and to avoid distractions, we recommend keeping pets in a separate room, crate, or designated area during service.

Q: How do I prepare for my clean?

To help us clean efficiently and deliver the best results, we ask that you put away personal items, secure your pets, provide any special notes, and let us know in advance of any special requests.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do! We offer 10% off for first time clients, and for every client you refer who books a service, you’ll receive $20 off your next cleaning. Theres no limit, you can refer as many friends and family you’d like! We also offer discounted rates for clients who schedule recurring cleanings. Whether you choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly service, you’ll save money while keeping your space clean.
